As the woman leading the charge, I wear a lot of hats—and yes, sometimes they match my outfit. As the Chief Chaos Coordinator and manager of this family-operated crew, my job is to balance big-picture event logistics with the beautiful chaos of working alongside family.
I lead with a lot of heart, a lot of coffee, and the firm belief that every event deserves to be special. When I’m not steering the ship, managing the website or keeping the family on task (which is a full-time job in itself), you can find me farming alongside the husband or having fun with the grandkids.
